By registering for an account, subscribing to a plan, or accessing any part of Arvo, you signify your agreement to these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time; such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
Arvo provides advanced tools for analyzing real estate property data, estimating repair costs, and modeling financial returns using proprietary AI algorithms. IMPORTANT: All data, market estimates, and AI-generated insights are provided for INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.
We do not provide licensed financial, legal, or real estate advice. Arvo is not a broker, appraiser, or investment advisor. You are solely responsible for conducting your own independent due diligence, including physical inspections and professional appraisals, before making any investment decisions. Arvo does not guarantee the accuracy of any analysis or the profitability of any deal.
Select plans may include a 5-day free trial. The trial begins immediately upon registration of payment details. You may cancel your subscription at any time within the first 5 days via your account settings to avoid being billed. If you do not cancel before the trial expires, you will be automatically billed for the full subscription fee of your chosen plan.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Strict No-Refund Policy: All fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused analyses. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.
By using the platform, you grant Arvo the right to use anonymized and aggregated data derived from your property analyses to improve our internal AI models and data accuracy. Your personally identifiable information (PII) is never shared or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof shall be determined by binding arbitration. You and Arvo waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action. The arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arvo, its officers, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or real estate opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Arvo's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Arvo in the 6 months preceding the claim.
